How to Connect Bluetooth Speakers with Computer

Many people have questions about how to connect a Bluetooth speaker to a computer. First of all, we have to make sure that our computer has a Bluetooth module, which is available on most notebooks. If your laptop/desktop does not come with this hardware, an external Bluetooth module adapter can be purchased to help you enable Bluetooth function on your laptop / desktop. (Check the Device Manager on your PC to confirm if your computer has Bluetooth)
After confirming the computer has the Bluetooth module, click on the Bluetooth icon in the lower right corner of the desktop --- add a device. Turn on the Bluetooth speaker, search the Bluetooth speaker, click "Next" and the computer will automatically install the driver and show that the device is successfully added. Then open the Start menu, click "Devices and Printers", search the Bluetooth speaker; select it, right-click the "properties" to switch to the "service tab", check all the options and then confirm. The computer will automatically install the driver at this time.
After successful installation, double-click the Bluetooth speaker icon; the connection window will pop up and click "Connect". Please keep this window turned off during playback of the Bluetooth speaker, otherwise the Bluetooth will be disconnected. Since Bluetooth is not connected by default when the computer starts, you need to reopen the menu and repeat the above steps to connect the Bluetooth speaker after the computer is power on.
The biggest difference between Bluetooth speaker and traditional speaker is that wire connection is not required. But please note that the Bluetooth transmission distance is limited, generally around 10-15 meters, so do not place the speakers too far from computer when you are using it.
Below are detailed steps to connect Bluetooth speaker to computer:
Step 1: Confirm that the computer has Bluetooth module. If there is no Bluetooth, you can buy a Bluetooth adapter.
Step 2: The Bluetooth icon in the lower right corner of the desktop---right click ---add device.
Step 3: Select the search Bluetooth speaker and click Next. The computer will automatically install the driver and shows the device successfully added.
Step 4: Start menu ---- Click on Devices and Printers. Search the Bluetooth speaker, select it, and right-click on properties. Switch to the service tab, select all the options and then confirm; the computer will automatically install the driver at this time.
Step 5: Double-click the Bluetooth speaker icon, a window pops up. Click Connect. Please note that the Bluetooth speaker in this window cannot be turned off during playback, otherwise the Bluetooth connection will be interrupted. When connecting to the Bluetooth speaker after computer is turned on, steps 4 and 5 need to be repeated. The computer is not connected by default when it is powered on.
Step 6: Right-click the speaker icon (volume adjustment) at the bottom right of the desktop, and click the playback device.
Step 7: Set the right button of Bluetooth audio as the default device in the playback tab and confirm.
